Baileys Irish Cream¶

- 300 mL can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 egg, well beaten

1 Tbsp chocolate topping

1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz rye, or more, to taste
- 1 pt whipping cream
Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream. Fold whipped cream into first mixture. Makes just under 2 (26 ounce) bottles. Keep in the refrigerator. Gently shake before using as the cream tends to rise to the top.
