Baileys Irish Cream

  • 300 mL can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate topping

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz rye, or more, to taste
  • 1 pt whipping cream

Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream. Fold whipped cream into first mixture. Makes just under 2 (26 ounce) bottles. Keep in the refrigerator. Gently shake before using as the cream tends to rise to the top.
