Salsa

  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium sized onion, or 4 whole green onions
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks

  • 28 oz can tomatoes

  • 6 to 8 slices jalapeno pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Peel garlic and onion and place in food processor with green pepper. Pulse for 6 or 7 seconds, until coarsely chopped. Add tomatoes and pulse for 6 or 7 seconds. Add lime juice and stir. Serve with tostadas. For a hot salsa, add more jalapeno pepper. Serve at room temperature.
