Taco Dip

  • 250 g pkg cream cheese
  • 1 small tub sour cream

  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix

  • 3 medium tomatoes

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

First Layer: Soften cream cheese. Mix with sour cream and seasoning mix until smooth. Put into a large glass pie plate and spread.

Second Layer: Dice enough tomatoes to completely cover First Layer. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and top with grated cheese. Enjoy!
