Bran Fruit Loaf¶

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup All-Bran cereal

1 cup milk

½ cup sugar
- 1 cup dried fruit, cut into small pieces
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add milk. Stir and let mixture soak for 20 minutes. Turn mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
