Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup margarine

  • 1 cup milk

  • Butter, softened
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbs form. Add milk and stir. Knead dough until uniform. Roll dough into a long rectanglular shape about 6 inches wide and ¼ inch thick. Spread butter onto dough surface. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough into a long cylinder. Slice into ½ inch thick circles. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
