Apple Cranberry Crisp¶

- 6 medium apples, peeled, cored and quartered (approximately 4 cups)
- 1 cup cranberries
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
Place apples and cranberries in a mixing bowl. Add white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and toss together. Place in a 7x11 inch pan. Mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt. Rub in butter to form coarse crumbs. Spread over apples. Do not press. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream.
