Christmas Marzipan Ice

  • 500 mL water
  • 12 Tbsp skim milk powder
  • 200 g marzipan, chopped

  • Grating of nutmeg

  • 2 Tbsp almond liqueur, optional

Put 250 mL water in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk in skim milk powder. Add marzipan. Stir until marzipan has melted. Remove from heat. Grate on the nutmeg. Stir in liqueur. Add remaining water. Cool mixture. Freeze. Stir from time to time.
