Coffee Cream

  • 1 pkg marshmallows
  • 1 small container Nutriwhip

  • ½ cup boiling water with 2 tsp instant coffee added

Melt marshmallows and coffee, stirring well. Let cool to room temperature. Whip Nutriwhip and blend in marshmallow mixture until blended. Pour into a serving bowl and chill for several hours. Add whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
