Cream Cheese Bars¶

Crust:
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups graham crumbs
- ¾ cup coconut
Filling:
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
Glaze:
- 2 oz dark sweet chocolate, or chocolate bar broken into pieces
- ½ tsp butter
Crust: Grease a 9 inch square pan. Set aside. Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and egg in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, graham crumbs and coconut. Press into pan.
Filling: Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla in a small bowl. Gradually add icing sugar. Spread over crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Glaze: Combine chocolate with butter and microwave on High for 50 seconds. Drizzle over top. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
