Cream Cheese Brownies

  • 125 g pkg cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 pkg brownie mix

Beat the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Prepare brownie mix as directed and spread ½ of the batter in a greased and floured 9×9 inch pan. Pour cheese mixture over batter. Spoon remaining batter over cheese mixture. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Top with favourite chocolate icing.
