Crunchy Oatmeal Cookies¶

- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
Blend butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in rolled oats, coconut and Rice Krispies. Drop by teaspoonsful onto baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
