Rice Krispie Bars

  • 2 ½ cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • ½ cup raisins

  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

In a large bowl, mix together Rice Krispies, rolled oats and raisins. In a small saucepan, put brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour over Rice Krispie mixture. Mix well. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Cut into bars.
