Chicken In a Hurry¶

- 1 chicken, cut up (or any chicken parts)

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup water
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 envelope dry onion soup
Arrange chicken parts in small roaster. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken, covering all parts. Bake, covered, in a 350°F oven for 1 hour, until very tender. Especially good served over rice or potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
