Cordon Bleu Chicken¶

Microwave
- 6 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Coating:
- Melted butter
- Bread crumbs
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Flatten and pound out each piece of chicken. Place 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of Swiss cheese on each chicken piece. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Coat each chicken piece with butter and then bread crumb mixture. Place on microwave safe dish or pie plate. Cook on High for 8 to 9 minutes.
