Flank Steak Teriyaki¶

- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup soya sauce
- ¼ cup honey

1 large clove garlic, pressed

2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 flank steak
Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over flank steak in a glass or enamel bowl. Marinate a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight. Barbecue, or broil in oven, for 5 minutes on each side for rare. Carve into very thin strips across the grain of meat and serve at once. Serves 4.
