Marmalade Chicken Wings¶

- 3 lb chicken wings, tips removed
- Garlic powder
- Soya sauce

1 cup regular barbecue sauce

⅔ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 ½ cups marmalade
Preheat oven to 275°F. Using a pastry brush, brush wings with soya sauce. Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder. Bake for 1 hour, shaking pan occasionally to unstick wings. Increase oven to 300°F. Mix barbecue sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Spoon over wings. Bake for 45 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Increase oven to 350°F. Spoon marmalade over wings. Bake 30 minutes, shake pan occasionally.
