Oven Barbecued Ribs¶

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup white vinegar

1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup ketchup
- Fresh pork spareribs
Mix ingredients, except ribs and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over spareribs. Bake at 350°F for 1 ½ hours. Excellent with rice and broccoli
