Pot Latch Salmon

  • 3 to 4 lb salmon, filleted
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp dry mustard

  • ½ cup brown sugar, approximately

Lay salmon on a lightly greased foil tray or cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with mustard and brown sugar. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes, or on a medium barbecue with lid down. Serves 6 to 8.
