Salmon Teriyaki

  • 2 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 cup soya or tamari sauce
  • ¼ cup sherry

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp grated ginger

Marinate fish for a minimum of 45 minutes and up to a full day in a mixture of the remaining ingredients. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until flaky. Serve with rice and your favourite vegetable. Garnish with parsley.
