Sunday Brunch Casserole

  • 3 cups croutons
  • 1 ¼ cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or shredded ham

Place croutons in greased pan. Cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together. Stir in onions. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle top with bacon or ham. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
