Blender Caesar Salad Dressing¶

- 1 egg or 2 egg yolks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
In blender, combine egg, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Parmesan cheese. Process for a few seconds to combine. With machine running, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
