Shrimp Salad¶

- 2 cups shrimp
 - 1 cup mandarin oranges
 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
 - 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
 - 4 cups lettuce
 - 1 cup diced celery
 - ¼ cup halved cashew nuts
 - ½ cup sliced onion
 - ¼ cup green pepper
 - ¼ cup flaked coconut
 
Dressing:
- ½ cup sugar
 - ⅓ cup white vinegar
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp dry mustard
 - 1 tsp celery seed
 - 1 tsp grated onion
 - 1 cup salad oil
 
Dressing: Mix and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Toss salad ingredients together and mix with dressing just before serving.
