Strawberry Spinach Salad

  • 2 bunches fresh spinach, washed and torn
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved

Dressing:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp minced onion
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce*
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar

Toss spinach and strawberries. Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients. Shake and refrigerate. Pour over salad and serve immediately. The dressing may be stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 10.

*This is not a mistake, it is ¼ cup.
