Hash Brown Casserole¶

- 1 pkg hash browns
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tub sour cream

½ cup melted butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Grated onion, optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
